Midland Shared Spaces presents . . .

Midland's inaugural event providing critical information on the State of the Nonprofits in Midland, Texas. The luncheon will feature Dr. Steve H. Murdock, former State Demographer of Texas and director of the United States Census Bureau, who will discuss the implications of current and future demographic and socioeconomic change. Following this presentation, Midland Shared Spaces will debut a video created through collaboration with the Nonprofit Management Center and the United Way of Midland that will share information about the impact of nonprofits and the challenges that they face in Midland County. It is our desire that through this video and a subsequent panel discussion on volunteerism and corporate giving, your organization and employees will gain a better understanding of the unique philanthropic landscape that sets Midland apart from anywhere else in the world.
